1. Condition for return and exchange
Customer need to chech the status of the goods and can change/return goods right at the time of delivery/receipt of goods in following cases:
- Goods are not in right category or design in the oder placed or as on the website at the time of ordering.
- Not enough quantity, not enough as in the order.
- The extenal condition are effected such as torn packaging, peeling, broken ...
Customer are responsible for presenting revelant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return/exchange of goods.
2. Regulation on the time of notification and return products exchange
- Time for notification return and exchange: within 48 hours from receipt of the product in case the product lacks accessories, gifts or broken tanks.
- Time to return product: within 14 days after receiving the products
- Where to return product: customer can bring the product directly to our office/store or via transportation agent.
